If you’ve placed a prepaid order and have received damaged products, we’ll offer a full refund. If you receive an incomplete order, we’ll refund the amount for the items missing. In case you’ve placed a Cash On Delivery order, we’ll replace the items that were damaged or undelivered, free of charge. Please note to raise your request within 7 days of order delivery to avail any refunds/replacements
